Today i show my progress on building the starboard side curve where the bow meets the hull. this has always been the hardest area to build out if you want a nice sharp and graceful entry.. On each plank mark an arrow pointing towards the bow. also mark each plank “p” for port (left) and “s” for starboard (right). we will do this for all the planks we prepare. we will also make all planks in pairs. the first plank will not be tapered. from point a use a plank bender to gently crimp the plank toward the bow—photo 17..
